Www4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the www4d platform by all registered users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the www4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and www4d ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on www4d. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. www4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to maintain platform security and integrity.

  • Your account password is your personal responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Report to customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Www4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the www4d platform in a responsible and ethical manner, in full compliance with all stated rules. Any attempt to manipulate the system, cheat, or disrupt the experience of other users is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
  • Committing fraud in any form, including the use of unauthorised credit card information.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

4. Payments & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the www4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made via approved payment methods and through an account registered in the user's own name.

Www4d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Any suspicion of fraudulent activity may result in a transaction being delayed or cancelled.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of verifiable technical issues.
  • Users are responsible for any charges or fees levied by their respective bank or payment provider.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Www4d is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or use of the platform that does not comply with these terms. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of winnings or returns.

Account Suspension & Closure

Www4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by a law enforcement agency. Users may request voluntary account closure through customer support.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software on the www4d platform are our exclusive property. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any platform assets without prior written consent from www4d.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Changes to Terms

Www4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an in-platform notice or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the www4d platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
